We were very happy with the service we received from 5 Star. From the pricing to the workmanship, everything was first rate. We worked mostly with Tim Yoder and he couldn’t have been more patient and professional as we worked to finalize the project. I met Tim on several job sites where he could show me some of their work and I could see samples. They were very timely with the entire process and made certain that they were completely happy with everything before we made the final payment. We used a metal siding product that I think may have been a bit out of the ordinary and they were very helpful in communicating pros and cons with materials and certain colors.The installation crew was also very prompt, professional and polite.I would highly recommend 5 Star Exteriors for any job.

I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with work to replace all the windows, patio door, garage doors, and the siding on our home. All the work was done with the concern for detail and precision. The crew was always courteous and friendly. They were always on time and diligent about their work. I would, and have, recommended them to anyone who needs work done.

I met Brian 6.5 yrs ago. I live outside of Hartville Ohio..he came up to see what all I want to be done. I told him I want à wrap around porch, deck, new siding, and all trimmed out..he told me he would get back to me in à week..he did..That is so important to me when someone promises you that they are true to their word..he is...Other guys told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks it took them 7 days. People would stop asking who is doing my work they couldn't believe what à great job he was doing.I gave him half the money down never ask for a receipt. I knew I could trust him. The final bill was the other half, plus he did extra work for me. Then 2 yrs later he builds a 3 car garage for me..absolutely nice. great job. since that he build a bridge on my creek...and a dock on my pond. He is such an honest guy..he makes sure I was always, please. I have 2 more projects for him.I Have people asking if I go anywhere else for estimates I tell them why would I. It's really great to see how his employees work like he was there when he isn't. Bertie Miller

Five Star Exteriors (Tim Yoder) and two other gentlemen came to my home last October to install a new front door unit. The first initial meeting with Tim and to the very last communication after the install went above my expectations. Tim answered my phone calls in a timely fashion, always explained the project to me as the installation was continuing. Tim and his staff worked very hard installing the door. It was not an easy project. Even though my residence is in Alliance, Ohio, they were always on time, which meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend Five Star Exteriors to anyone who is looking for a home improvement company. I asked Tim for his business card, and he gave them to me. I have since given six to my friends, I am hoping he gets a phone call. I am so pleased and appreciative beyond words of the professionalism Tim shared with me. I am a widow and he went above and beyond to answer my many questions. A job very very well done!!!!!!
